The Company currently has a fleet of 38.5 (included DM Shipping and GIS vessels interests included) product tanker vessels. In particular, our fleet includes 14 owned and 18.5 chartered in MR product tankers, ranging from 45,000 to 52.000 dwt. It also includes three owned and six chartered in handysize product tankers, ranging from 36,000 to 40,000 dwt. As of 30 June 2010 the average age of the fleet was of 4.9 years.

According to the expansion plan, the Company secured contracts to increase the fleet in the MR product tanker sectors with new buildings that are due for delivery between 2010 and 2012. This plan relates to direct newbuilding contracts for two x 52.000 tdw MR vessels for delivery in the first half of 2012.
