In order to meet the demands of an evolving Market place various joint ventures with other major international companies involved in the shipping business have been established.
In 2003 High Pool was set-up together with the Japanese Ship Owner Nissho Shipping.
In 2005, a strategic alliance with Glencore - ST Shipping was established that now operates as GLENDA International Management Limited. In 2006 DM Shipping Limited (d'Amico/Mitsubishi) was incorporated as a Ship Owning Company and in 2007 the joint venture company GLENDA International Shipping Limited (d’Amico /Glencore) was incorporated as another Ship owning Company.

It operated 11 MR product tankers as at 31st March 2010. d'Amico International Shipping, through d'Amico Tankers Limited, is exclusively responsible for the Pool's commercial management, specifically for chartering, vessel operations and administration.

DM Shipping Ltd
In 2006 was established the joint Ship owning Company DM Shipping Ltd to allow d'Amico International Shipping to broaden the scope of its relationship with the Mitsubishi Group. The two originally ordered MR vessels were delivered in the second half of 2009.. The DM Shipping vessels are chartered to d'Amico Tankers Ltd and employed in High Pool.

The joint Ship owning Company order book included, as of the 31st March 2010, 4 new MR product / chemical tankers to be delivered between November 2010 and April 2011. The vessels will be operated through GLENDA International Management Ltd.
